Our team has a genuine passion for developing integrated farming solutions that help the Australian farming industry be the best it can be. Join us in our purpose to keep farmers, farming!
Job Description
At Emmetts, we are taking a different approach to the structure of our Service Department. We have redesigned both our Horsham and Warracknabeal Service Departments, creating a new and improved management structure that will help us work more effectively as a region and focus on what’s important - supporting our teams and delivering excellent service to our customers.
Our Workshop Managers will now take on a predominately people leadership role as well as acting as the key point of contact for all external customer queries. They will oversee the department’s workload, ensure “stories” are relevant and accurate, and hold final approval over the release of all equipment prior to customer delivery.
You’ll work in close collaboration with a Service Operations Manager, who will guide the strategic direction and provide reporting insights, and a dedicated Workshop Lead, who takes responsibility for day-to-day job allocation, all internal escalations, and daily mentorship of technicians and apprentices alike.
If you are passionate about leading technical teams, understand the challenges a workshop faces, and are looking for an opportunity that allows you time to implement improved ways of working, then register your interest in joining this newly focused Service Team and help us deliver a better service to our customers.
Why Join Us?
Impressive hourly and penalty rates along with a range of additional benefits, including purchased leave, paid parental leave, and flexible working arrangements.
Take advantage of salary packaging options such as novated leasing, rental assistance, and remote living allowances to maximize your earnings and lifestyle.
Flexibility – As an Australian family-owned and run organisation, we believe in a family-first approach.
Well-established and structured internal support teams such as Finance, IT, and HR to support our best assets, our people.
Importantly, we champion workplace health and wellbeing and partner with a company called Mind Fit. All employees have access to a free and confidential counselling service called the Employee Assistance Program.
