Invoicing Assistant - Fixed-Term Contract (1 Year, £28,000 per annum)
We are looking for a detail-oriented Invoicing Assistant to join the finance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and finance experience, particularly within aviation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse data and generate customer invoices using internal systems
* Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for clients
* Process and manage warranty claims through online portals
* Work closely with internal teams on contracts, invoicing, and credit control
* Handle and resolve customer invoice queries professionally
* Support other finance-related tasks as required
Qualifications and Skills:
* Previous experience in a finance-related role, ideally in aviation
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
* Good communication and organisational skills
* Proficiency in data analysis and advanced Excel
* Ability to build professional relationships and collaborate effectively
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
