We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving drinks, and ensuring that all guests have an enjoyable experience.
As a relatively new business in the area after a refurb, we are looking for front of house team members who are excited to grow with the business.
Duties
1. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
2. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
3. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations when needed.
4. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper accounting of all sales.
5. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as necessary.
6. Ensure adherence to food safety standards while handling ingredients and serving food items.
Skills
1. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
2. Proven bartending experience with a solid understanding of drink preparation techniques.
3. Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills accurately.
4. Knowledge of food safety practices within a restaurant environment.
5. Excellent hospitality skills, with the ability to engage with customers warmly and professionally.
6. A proactive approach to problem-solving, always ready to help guests with their needs.
