This is but a small taster of what we would expect in this role:
* Create a warm welcome to everyone and set the tone for each of our guests experience.
* Present each meal that is a feast for the eyes and a treat for the taste buds.
* With your own signature flare, youll be turning our high standards into memorable service for
each one of our guests, whether this be in our Restaurant, Bar, Room Service or Meetings & Events.
* Know your menus and products, our guests may ask questions about ingredients and allergens - be prepared to answer!
* Prepare and serve drinks to our high standards, whilst taking into consideration each guest requirement.
* Be able to identify VIP guests.
* Allocate roles and duties to the other F&B Service Members when on shift.
* Will act as our Restaurant Host during our busy periods.
* To act as Duty Manager for the property.
* Completion of additional tasks e.g., stock taking, stock ordering

* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Communication Skills Our guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you will need to be easy to talk to.
* Knowledge of local food safety laws.
* Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities so that every one of our guests leaves with great memories.
* Impeccable customer service skills.
* Ability to lead and manage a team.
* Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and bank holidays
