JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a licensed mental health provider (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, others) to provide individual and group services to youth, children, and families.
We highly encourage social workers, clinicians, and anyone in related fields who is licensed to apply!
The Licensed Clinician provides clinical assessments, clinical services; individual, family, and group therapy services, clinical training and support to interns, and clinical casework for children, youth, and families. This position is also responsible for providing supervision, training, and clinical support to Harmonium staff.
JOB COMPLEXITY
* Provide staff training on clinical topics including social emotional learning, suicidality, identifying mental health needs, social and emotional well-being, etc.
* Provide support through the Modular Approach to Therapy
* Supervise and coach staff, interns, and volunteers in the program adhering to contract requirements and Harmonium policies and practices; work to build their skills and confidence so that they can mentor, encourage, and motivate all staff using the reflective supervision model
* Work collaboratively with schools, law enforcement, child protective services, alternative sites, mental health practitioners, local psychiatrists, hospital in-patient providers, and other providers as needed in support of client coordinated care
* Provide individual, family, and group clinical services and other direct services to children, youth and families
MINIMUM COMPETENCIES
* Must be 18 years of age
* Must hold a current and active California Clinical license under the CA Department of Consumer Affairs Board of Behavioral Sciences for a minimum of two years
* CAQH (Council for Affordable Quality Healthcare) Credential and Number are Required
* Experience or knowledge of Modular Approach to Therapy for Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, or Conduct Problems preferred
* Must have reliable transportation to travel through San Diego County; when using a personal vehicle must maintain a valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
* Clinical supervision training preferred
* Knowledge of Medi-Cal billing is preferred
COMPENSATION
* Starting Rate: $89,066.89 annually (all new hires begin at starting salary regardless of experience)
* Full Time benefits features medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, and critical illness coverage, along with additional voluntary options. We also offer a 403b Retirement Plan with matching contribution of up to 2%, depending on years of service. Time off accrual for this position includes 8 hours of sick time per month and 13.33 hours of vacation per month for the first three years, increasing to 16.67 hours per month thereafter.
