Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide individualised support to a child with additional needs. This full-time role is vital for the student's educational and personal development. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the child to ensure they receive the best possible learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver personalised assistance to a child with additional needs, fostering their academic and social growth.
2. Implement tailored learning strategies and activities to meet the child's specific requirements.
3. Collaborate with teachers and school staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
4. Monitor and report the child's progress to teachers and parents, adapting support plans as necessary.

Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.

4. Ability to work full-time for the entire academic year, from 2nd September 2024 to 24th July 2025.
