Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors and staff members. Pro actively look at clinic capacity and change appointment slots or add/remove clinics depending on demand. Assist with the mobilisation of new contracts. Lead team meetings and take minutes where required. Prepare briefs to update senior management as required. Organise/book meetings and events with attention to detail.
