Job summary Patients are at their most vulnerable when they come in for surgery, often anxious and scared. Youll be a key member of the surgery team at the Nuffield Orthopaedic centre helping and supporting patients before during and after surgery. You will be responsible for providing, compassionate, high quality safe care whilst working in an acute fast-paced environment. Patient safety and good practice depends not just on highly performing surgeons, but also on effective surgical team working that enhances the performance of the team.
