Financial Accounts Manager, Lincoln
Your new company
Hays Senior Finance are working with a leading not-for-profit organisation in Lincoln to recruit a manager to head up the financial accounting for the group.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the preparation of the annual statutory accounts, consolidated group accounts, year-end/leading with the auditors, balance sheet control accounts, reporting, intercompany accounting and all reconciliations and ensuring accurate and timely sign off of the annual accounts.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) with recent and relevant financial and statutory accounting experience. You will be used to company and group company reporting and consolidation and being the lead point of contact in audits. You will have excellent communication, presentation and time management skills, be used to working with stakeholders across a business and externally. You will be living in close commute of the Lincoln area as the role is hybrid working (2-3 days a week in the office).
