Job Description Retail Door Supervisor We would like you to bring your skill and passion for retail to constantly evolve how we deliver for our costumer. Working with the team you will create a culture of managing risk by being commercially astute, whilst effectively creating a welcoming safe and secure shopping and working environment, providing a presence to protect and to minimize stock loss in store. As part of the store team you will be required to be a point of contact for customers and visitors, greeting, guiding and advising them while remaining vigilant and aware to any potential risks to the store and completing tasks to enhance a stockloss culture in store, such as training of the store team, reviewing targeted data, completing risk assessments and building effective working relationships with external agencies. You are required to assist the stores management in making the store a safe and secure place to work and shop. By working closely with the team you will be identifying and communicating risks, completing safety and security checks, reporting information and acting also as a deterrent on the shop floor.
