As the Executive Assistant you’ll provide efficient, responsive, and high-level administrative, organisational, and logistical support to our team of Directors. By ensuring seamless operations, you’ll enable the CEO and Directors to focus on strategic priorities and achieve the company's goals effectively. Key Responsibilities
* Administrative Support: Manage the day-to-day schedules and priorities of the Directors, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and email correspondence.
* Organisational Support: Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports, ensuring the team is well-equipped to execute their strategic objectives. Prepare reports and analyse data.
* Logistical Management: Plan and oversee travel arrangements, events, and offsite meetings, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
* Project Assistance: Support the team with special projects, conducting research, preparing documents, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
* Administration: Conduct adhoc administration tasks.
* Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Role Requirements
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant in an SME supporting a board of directors.
* Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Trello or similar). Experience with Salesforce would be advantageous.
* Proactive and resourceful mindset, with a problem-solving attitude.
* Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships at all levels.
* Demonstrable experience in handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
