Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Central Edinburgh
Hours: 36 hours, Monday - Friday between (Apply online only)
Start Date: Monday 17th February 2025
Duration: Temporary, ongoing
Pay rate: £13.48 per hour
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our public sector client as a Customer Service Advisor. You will be responsible for handling inbound customer queries, as well as providing excellent customer service to our clients' customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service to clients via telephone
Handling customer queries and complaints efficiently and professionally
Escalating complex issues to relevant teams as required
Updating and maintaining customer records in the system
Contributing to team targets and KPIs
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, helpful demeanour
Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software
