We are seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Business Manager to join our Global Operations COO team. This role is based in Manchester – HYBRID.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
* Support analyses and reporting in general business operations, special projects, and operational planning activities.
* Assist in the implementation of change management processes to ensure seamless transition and adoption of new initiatives.
* Gather, organize, and review operational data/metrics; analyze and synthesize the data into reports or presentations.
* Help define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize productivity within the business unit.
* Participate in project teams, providing analytical support and contributing to project objectives.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
* Proven ability to support change management initiatives.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools; banking experience preferred.
