Our client based in Hemel Hempstead is a successful and leading IT Technology company. They operate within a wide range of sectors and produce products which are world-renowned for reliability and quality.
They are looking for a motivated Sales Order Processing Administrator to be the liaison point between Sales teams, Customers, Service, and Warehouse staff, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all customer orders. Provision of exemplary customer service to internal and external customers at all times. All SOP Administrators will be part of the full SOP Department, which includes MPS, ICT, and Collections and Resites. Training across all functions will form part of the onboarding process so that we have full functioning cover across all teams at all times.
Duties:
* Overseeing the deals going through the document workflow on allocated area
* Primary focus is on ensuring orders are processed accurately and on a timely basis.
* Checking of stock, updating of all in-house systems as required
* Liaison with internal departments to arrange deliveries and installations
* Liaison with customers via email and telephone
* Liaison with 3rd party carriers
* Liaison with suppliers via phone and email
* Invoicing orders once processed
Requirements
* Background in customer service and working as part of a team
* Proven skills in multi-tasking and taking ownership of workload
* Able to thrive in a busy office environment, exhibit a sense of urgency, flexibility, and high work standards.
* Computer literate
* High degree of attention to detail
* High level of PC literacy required, skilled in standard MS applications.

Salary
* Basic salary of £25,000 per annum
