We are looking for a Resourcing Lead to work within our Delivery team. You will need to come from a recruitment background with a strong understanding of resourcing and experience in matching skills and cultural fit to client requirements. You’ll play a critical role in growing and nurturing our Change Society, a community made up of expert consultants and practitioners in the Change and Transformation space. As Resourcing Lead, you will grow our community of Change & Transformation experts to deliver transformational change for Sullivan & Stanley’s clients. You will be responsible for the resourcing and vetting of independent contractors for immediate requirements as well as building a community of experts for the future. This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to understand client requirements. You will Build and expand a diverse community of technology change experts (associates), such as but not limited to Programme & Project Managers, PMO’s, Agile Coaches and Scrum Masters, Delivery Leads, and change practitioners.
