Summary:
We’re looking for two Senior Growth Consultants to join our commercial team, based in London. This isn’t a junior sales role - this is a strategic commercial position for someone with experience in enterprise or SaaS B2B selling, within the insights, research, or marketing tech industries. You’ll play a critical role in opening key accounts, influencing GTM strategy, and partnering closely with Research & Partnership Directors, Business Development leadership and Head of Growth.
What you’ll work on:
1. Own outbound outreach to high-value strategic accounts using a mix of email, phone, and LinkedIn.
2. Craft account-based engagement plans and messaging for your target list.
3. Work closely with your BDR Manager & Account Executives to generate qualified meetings and revenue opportunities.
4. Collaborate with Growth Lead & BDR Manager, to develop, present, and implement strategies for acquiring new business.
5. Build relationships with senior stakeholders at leading consumer brands.
6. Leverage tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Nav to execute highly personalised outreach.
7. Balance personalisation with efficiency through well-structured sequences and data-driven insights.
8. Stay on top of industry trends to bring value-led insights to every touchpoint.
9. Help mentor junior BDRs and contribute to the evolution of our outbound engine.
10. Collaborate cross-functionally with various Bounce teams.
11. Have a strong understanding of Bounce’s value proposition and product.
12. Efficiently and gracefully counter objections, as well as have excellent interpersonal & technical skills.
13. Use Hubspot to track activity, manage pipelines, and consistently achieve key performance metrics (KPIs).
What you’ll bring:
1. 1–3+ years of B2B SaaS or research/insights industry experience in a commercial role (BDR/SDR, AE). This is a role requirement.
2. Proven success in booking qualified meetings with enterprise or large mid-market accounts.
3. A deep understanding of prospecting best practices and how to create relevance in outreach.
4. Experience with account-based selling strategies and modern sales tools (Hubspot, Apollo, LinkedIn).
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a consultative, value-first approach.
6. Driven, competitive, customer-focused, and highly motivated by a career in sales.
7. Should possess a growth mindset and an innate curiosity to learn.
8. Outstanding time organisational skills - you are able to create, manipulate, and execute daily schedules.
9. Be highly empathetic to prospects as a strong brand representative for Bounce.
10. Have stellar problem solving skills, and an enthusiasm for succeeding alongside teammates.
11. Entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to make an impact at a scale up.
12. Comfortable with being able to learn from rejection.
13. Be comfortable with working many accounts at once, and tailoring messaging to many different industries and segments.
14. A willingness to fall forward. You bring and test ideas — even if it means don’t always land perfectly, but you iterate and try again.
15. Strong attention to detail. You can dive into the weeds with the team and pick up on the seemingly small, yet important, details.
