Role Purpose: The Quality Assurance Business Partner will work alongside Regional Managers to deliver a proactive quality assurance function across services. This role is essential to driving improvements in service quality, ensuring compliance, and supporting continuous development. The successful candidate will carry out quality reviews, produce insightful reports, and collaborate with service managers to implement improvements, always with a focus on personalisation and outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular quality reviews and data analysis across designated services.
* Carry out scheduled visits and inspections to monitor and maintain service standards.
* Produce reports identifying areas of compliance and improvement.
* Provide practical support and guidance to operational managers.
* Collaborate with managers to implement innovative, person-centred quality enhancements.
* Gather and analyse data using internal systems to monitor performance and risk.
* Support development and execution of Quality Improvement Plans.
* Engage with service users to inform and shape quality initiatives.
* Encourage sharing of good practice across services.
* Maintain a ‘critical friend’ and coaching approach in service relationships.
* Monitor quality progress and help consolidate successful changes.
Candidate Profile:
* Qualification in quality improvement or equivalent experience.
* NVQ Level 5 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care or related field.
* Management qualification and experience in leading quality initiatives.
* Registered Manager experience and understanding of regulatory requirements.
* Proven ability to analyse data, assess risk, and identify improvement strategies.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Willingness to travel, including overnight stays and occasional evening/weekend work.
* Full UK driving licence or ability to meet travel requirements by other means.
