Head of People and Wellbeing
Location: Bromley
Salary: £75,000
Our client based in Bromley is seeking a Head of People and Wellbeing to join their team.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified with experience in developing HR Strategy and leading and developing an HR Team.
Professional Services/Legal experience would be preferable but is not essential.
Main Responsibilities
1. Responsible for overseeing the operation and direction of the HR function.
2. Continually improve the HR value to the business through the design, implementation, and execution of HR strategies.
3. Oversight of all HR functions including, but not limited to, compensation and benefits, payroll, training and development, performance and reward, employee relations, engagement, wellbeing, and recruitment.
4. Initiate and undertake project work on high-level HR.
5. Champion change and lead from the front on all change initiatives.
6. Manage employee on and off boarding.
Experience Needed
1. CIPD qualified (or equivalent).
2. 10+ years’ experience in a HR role.
3. Experience leading and managing a team.
4. Highly organised.
5. Ability to multitask, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are followed through to completion.
