A great opportunity has come up for a Chef De Partie with a minimum of 1 year experience within catering and hospitality.
A well-presented company with on-site catering and a great team.
The CDP must be able to run all sections at a pace to suit breakfast and lunch dining, occasionally evening meals (Evening hospitality will be paid overtime).
May be required to serve on occasions and help front of house.
Must hold Chef qualifications, allergens, and food safety certifications, and have own chef whites, safety shoes, and chef knives.
