Key Responsibilities
Plan and schedule weekly maintenance, outages, and projects while ensuring compliance.
Manage and mentor a staff planner, overseeing performance and development.
Track and update maintenance and outage schedules, ensuring smooth execution.
Organize and document planning meetings, liaising with operations and maintenance teams.
Work closely with outage coordinators and technicians on work order planning and resource management.
Ensure materials availability by coordinating with stores and site departments.
Liaise with the client on outage schedules, updates, and adjustments.
Review contractor schedules and integrate them into site plans.
Prepare reports tracking progress, delays, and mitigation strategies.
What You Need
✔️ HNC in Process/Engineering Discipline or equivalent.
✔️ Strong experience in maintenance planning, contract management, and outage coordination.
✔️ Knowledge of legislative standards, best practices, and compliance.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS.
✔️ Experience with data management and planning tools.
✔️ Passion for scheduling, planning, and ensuring smooth operations.
