Role Highlights: Lead and manage the SEN provision across the school Work closely with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to develop and implement effective interventions Oversee and coordinate EHCPs, ensuring compliance with SEN legislation Provide training and support to staff to enhance inclusive teaching practices Monitor and assess student progress, adapting support strategies as needed Collaborate with parents, carers, and multi-agency teams to ensure holistic student support Contribute to the school’s inclusive ethos and commitment to student success Experience & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential NASENCO qualification (or willingness to work towards it) preferred Experience working as a SENCO or in a senior SEN role within a specialist or mainstream setting Strong knowledge of SEND Code of Practice and EHCP procedures Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and external professionals Enhanced DBS check required Why Join Us?
