An Account Coordinator is required to join a leading manufacturing business within their business development team, where you'll ensure seamless communication with top industry OEMs across various industries.
Partnering with the Sales Account Manager to deliver precise and timely customer communication, ensuring their needs are effectively addressed. You'll play a key role in supporting sales activities and driving success in day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities will include -
Updating customer delivery reports and WIP trackers, coordinating with engineering, operations, and planning teams.
Representing the Sales Team in daily meetings, ensuring accurate sales order information and communication with the Sales Account Manager.
Handling day-to-day customer enquiries, requests, and escalations, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
Liaising with the shipping department to ensure orders are shipped on time.
Leading customer calls for smaller customers and attending client visits with the Sales Account Manager.Ideally you will have the following skills & experience -
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced technical manufacturing environment.
