Baker Snell is looking for a Sales and Progression Executive on behalf of our innovative and growing commercial client. What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Negotiating sales deals
2. Conducting sales viewings
3. Keeping sales and legal records up to date
4. Coordinating with solicitors, buyers & sales agents
5. Managing digital sales document transfers
6. Scheduling key meetings to keep sales moving
7. Handling buyer enquiries & arranging property viewings
8. Ensuring legal deadlines are met
9. Organising sales documents & handover packs
What We’re Looking For:
1. Proven record in sales
2. A confident communicator with top-tier customer service skills

4. Super organised with an eye for detail
5. A background in property sales would be advantageous
