Interim Head of Marketing / £65,000 Annually / St Albans / Contract (Maternity Cover) / Hybrid Working
My client, a leader in the law industry, is looking to recruit an Interim Head of Marketing to join their team for a 9-12 month period.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies within a legal context, experience managing and leading a team, and exceptional communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Promoting and marketing the company’s culture, behaviours, and values
2. Managing the firm's digital footprint
3. Leading and mentoring the marketing and business development team, creating a collaborative and positive work environment driving results
4. Overseeing the creation of compelling and relevant content for the firm’s website, social media platforms, and other channels online
5. Internal and external communications – oversight and development to event management, PR and publicity
6. Facilitating networking opportunities with key stakeholders
Essential Skills
1. Significant experience in marketing and business development roles within legal/professional services
2. Numerically and financially literate, comfortable working with metrics and budgets
3. Good understanding of digital marketing techniques
4. Leadership skills, with a proven track record of mentoring and delegating
5. Excellent IT skills
Package
£65,000 per annum
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
St Albans – Hybrid working (TBC)
