Responsibilities
1. Support users with full integration process.
2. Building and rebuilding devices to correct Windows 11 specifications.
3. Providing excellent communication with users and building relationships
4. Troubleshooting Windows 11 issues and supporting users through these
5. Providing feedback to project co-ordinator and project team
6. Attending team calls and collaborating on best practices
7. Offering ideas and solutions to improve workflows
8. Completing project documentation across various platforms including Management Studio
9. Competent in a range of software and systems including but not limited to Tech Tool Bar, Control up and Citrix
10. Providing post migration support to users
11. Supporting the Project team on various tasks and pilots
12. Completing Technical support/Deskside queries if required
13. Supporting the Tech hub if required
14. Working collaboratively with colleagues across EMEA
