Oxford International College (OIC) Brighton is an international day and boarding college for students aged 13 to 18. Following the IGCSE and A Level curriculums, OIC Brighton’s curriculum is based on the proven success of Oxford International College’s three-pronged curriculum model which has led to outstanding academic outcomes. The Role
Computer Science is a small but growing department in the College and this role is indicative of growing student numbers in the subject. Computer Science related courses at university are of particular interest to a significant number of our 6th form students. We currently offer Computer Science IGCSE (2 year and 1 year) and A Level with CIE. As well as this, we offer Maths IGCSE A level including Additional Mathematics. The successful candidate will also hold a significant responsibility in offering Computer Science related opportunities through our Super Curriculum, including robotics and programming, competitions relating to Computer Science and academic support and challenge. Nord Anglia enjoys an exiting collaboration with MIT, and our Year 9 students have a bespoke STEAM programme based on MIT challenges and competitions, which the Computer Science department contributes to.
