We have the brilliant opportunity for a Link Worker to join our fantastic Chain Reaction Team This is a 22.5 hour per week, 10-month, fixed-term contract. Chain Reaction offers support that is flexible, personalised, and works with older people to support them in deciding what they would like to achieve and how to make this happen. We offer a variety of support, from sorting out financial worries to organising outings, and responds to the person’s unique needs. About you We would love to hear from you if you possess the following: Good communication skills (verbal, written and fluency in English). Very good organisational and time management skills, able to manage and prioritise own work. Ability to work as part of a team. Very good interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop good working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally. Non-threatening communication style. Enthusiastic and motivated. Basic IT skills – (Microsoft Office & Internet). Able and willing to regularly work independently without direct management supervision, using initiative. Ability to engage in reflection with manager and other colleagues.
