Head of Sales – South Manchester – Up to £35,000 plus commission

They’re now looking for a dedicated, dynamic, and hard-working Sales Manager to be a part of the success, offering you an excellent commission structure alongside a fun environment with team socials and incentives!

What you’ll be doing
* Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Property Consultants to achieve sales targets and objectives
* Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monetary targets
* Analyse market trends, client feedback, and sales data to continuously improve sales tactics and strategies
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
* Oversee the client acquisition process, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
* Implement and utilise CRM systems to manage client information and sales activities
* Stay updated with the latest trends and Build to Rent developments in the UK property market
* Provide expert advice and insights to the team and clients regarding investment opportunities
What you will have
* Proven track record in property sales, with a strong understanding across all property markets
* Responsible for achieving monetary targets, developing sales strategies, and driving the team's performance
* Previous experience in a sales management role, leading a team to achieve targets
