Job summary The Post Anaesthetic Care Unit (PACU) Team at the Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital are recruiting band 5 Registered staff (Staff Nurses / ODPs) to join their busy team on fixed term contracts. PACU is centrally placed in the Main Theatre Suite (of 17 theatres) and has 24 bays (including 4 paediatric bays). We also support activity in the Day Procedure Unit, two Obstetric Theatres, MRI / CT (for patients having had general anaesthesia) and the Brachytherapy Suite. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team (nurse, ODPs, HCAs, TSWs, medical staff) you will care for adults and children in the immediate post-anaesthetic / surgical phase.
