Administrator Permanent staff position Sunderland Salary: £23,500 - £26,500 per annum depending on experience Monday to Friday, office based Are you an organised administrator with a head for organisation and an eye for detail? We're looking for a skilled Administrator to join the HR team of a major manufacturing business in Sunderland. You'll be the backbone of the department, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and accurately. What you'll be doing: Keeping the HR systems up-to-date and organised Managing shared inboxes and directing emails to the right people Helping with the recruitment process, from posting jobs to preparing new hire paperwork Supporting the team with the admin behind appraisals, return-to-work processes, and more Ensuring all data & information is handled with care & confidentiality What we're looking to see from you: A good understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular) Admin experience within in a fast-paced environment - HR experience is a plus but by no means essential A keen eye for detail and accuracy A reliable and flexible approach to work to ensure changing deadlines can be met If you're a motivated and organised individual who thrives in a supportive team environment, we'd love to hear from you For more details, please apply or contact Sam Hetherington at Pin Point Recruitment
