Working with a well-known manufacturer in East Riding, we are searching for a temporary HR manager to support across several sites to cover long term sickness. Supporting a small team across 2 main sites, the successful candidate will be available immediately and be looking for an opportunity to support and manage this team and provide insight on an ongoing basis. Working across offices in both East & North Yorkshire, the successful candidate will be available immediately and be able to commit to this ongoing temporary position. Key duties and responsibilities will include;
Significantly contribute to the Group HR practices & objectives
Consistently focus on engendering a high-performance culture
Leading the Human Resources team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
Line management of Human Resources team including training, career development & appraisals
Keep job descriptions up to date, accurate and relevant to assist the performance management programme
Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement
Measuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement
Managing talent and succession planning, taking over all responsibility for talent acquisition
Implementation of services, policies & programmes
Actively manage with the support of the HR team all Employee relations issues
