What you will be doing
Responsible for the complete process for online orders that are for customer collection. The consultant will be multi-skilled, ensuring consistency in collect in store service and back-office functions. The Consultant will be accountable for the logistical and analytical functions for the customer collection multi-channel offer in the store. This will involve working closely with the Stock movement and Department managers on adherence to policy and process. As a Collect in Store Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers who choose to collect their order in store. You will:
* Ensure the satisfaction of all customers by providing prompt, courteous, and efficient service at all times. Deal promptly with any customer complaints or issues related to Collect in Store.
* Actively champion exceptional customer service through customer feedback, observations, and review service standards identifying areas for improvement.
* Communicate regularly and effectively with the Stock movement and Retail Managers, as well as liaising directly with customers to create a seamless collection experience.
* Efficiently manage the Collect in Store inbox.
* Understand the pick/pack process and relevant KPIs associated with Collect in Store.
* Carry out regular audits on customer orders and provide visible reports on a weekly basis.
* Ensure that the orders are displayed effectively to achieve the fastest potential service.
* Ensure the department meets statutory requirements for Risk Assessment standards and GDPR guidelines.
* Understand and adhere to security and store regulations and procedures.
* Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it.
* Flexibility is a must; customer service can’t wait during weekends and evenings!
Skills and experience you need
