We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to be the strategic link between our clients and our in-house delivery teams. You’ll be the voice of the client internally, and the voice of the agency externally—ensuring every campaign, deliverable, and conversation is aligned to drive value and results.
This role demands equal parts strategic thinker, client whisperer, and project driver. You'll oversee multiple accounts, translating client goals into actionable tasks, uncovering new opportunities, and ensuring seamless, timely execution from our creative and technical teams.
Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building long-term, trusted relationships.
2. Lead regular client meetings and reporting sessions, presenting updates, insights, and recommendations.
3. Understand client goals, business models, and KPIs to guide strategic planning and delivery.
Insight & Opportunity Capture
1. Continuously monitor client accounts for performance, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
2. Brief the internal team on market and client insights to shape creative and strategic direction.
3. Proactively pitch new ideas and campaign extensions to grow account value.
Campaign & Task Management
1. Convert client objectives into clear internal briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
2. Track progress of workstreams, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
3. Coordinate with creative, technical, and media teams to ensure seamless execution.
Performance Reporting & Strategy
1. Review and analyse campaign results and marketing performance reports.
2. Prepare strategic insights and performance wrap-ups for clients.
3. Suggest improvements based on data, industry trends, and evolving client needs.
Requirements & Skills
1. 5+ years’ experience in an agency environment managing multiple digital marketing accounts.
2. Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, web development, content, and social media marketing.
3. Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
4. Commercial awareness — ability to identify revenue growth opportunities within accounts.
5. Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Monday, Trello, Asana) and CRM platforms.
6. Confident in leading meetings, managing expectations, and holding both clients and teams accountable.
