Overview
We are seeking an organised and efficient Education Administration Manager with excellent skills in utilising Microsoft 365 applications and Management Information Systems. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, a high standard of written and spoken English, and an understanding or experience working in an educational or school environment. The successful candidate will be confident learning new skills processes across a range of platforms. Experience of line managing individuals, teams and/or complex projects is essential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Education Administration Manager will support the vision and requirements of the Education leadership team by providing timely and high-quality administrative support across a range of functions.
Key responsibilities include:
* Administrative Support: Create and manage Education documents and archives
* Line Management: Oversee team leads in areas such as Cover, Co-curricular, Attendance, and Communication.
* Trip and co-curricular administration: Manage the process for organising, tracking and documenting school trips and clubs
* Policy and Inventory Management: Lead the annual policy review, manage inventory of policies, library, and archives, and liaise with marketing for website updates. Collaborate effectively with other teams on shared policies.
* Calendar Management: Create and manage KIH Calendars across regions.
* Subject and course overviews: Maintain up to date versions for internal and external use
* Document Library Management: Oversee the management of Education document libraries.
* Reporting from iSAMS
* Mass Communications: Manage and send mass communications via iSAMS or SMS.
* Knowledge Management: Manage Knowledge Articles and update links to document libraries, including Policies, Schemes of Work, Report overviews, Information booklets and Handbooks.
* Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with marketing and communications to ensure the website and support pages reflect accurate and up-to-date education information.
* Staff Lists: Maintain and update teacher profiles and ensure accurate Education staff lists are maintained across platforms
* Course Archive Maintenance: Maintain an up-to-date archive of courses, including SEN services courses and Clubs.
* Effective Communication: Communicate effectively and when directed with Education teams and stakeholders across the business.
* Template Management: Create and update template documents
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
Qualifications
* Educated to at least Degree level
Skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
* Proven organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Experience or understanding of working in an educational or school environment.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of Dynamics 355 and common data-based systems
* High level of competence using Microsoft Excel
