We're seeking a future team member for the role of Media Manager; a senior individual with global experience across all viable media channels driving strategy and digital transformation for a large multi-business enterprise to join our Digital Marketing team. This role is located in London and is hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
1. Define and drive the overall media strategy (both paid and organic) to grow brand awareness and drive business, with an emphasis on digital-first, measurable activations.
2. Build Media capability and team to deliver against the growing media requirements of the enterprise.
3. Own and manage the relationship with our paid media agency, working with them to drive the digital transformation of BNY's media approach.
4. Own and manage social media platforms.
5. Work with a variety of stakeholders to ensure a strategic and optimized approach to media:
1. Brand strategy team to deliver appropriate edge enterprise-wide global brand activations.
2. LOB/Segment marketers to deliver middle and lower funnel demand and lead generation media programs.
3. Other stakeholders as needed for execution, focusing on customer end-to-end journeys to iteratively optimize the path to conversion and re-engagement.
6. Make data-informed recommendations including target markets and publications.
7. Prioritize new testing strategies in conjunction with wider marketing function and agency.
8. Scale up successful strategies.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
1. Relevant B2B marketing experience, preferably in financial services, or a complex, multi-business enterprise model.
2. Experience managing agencies, paid acquisition channels including search, social, programmatic and affiliate/partners.
3. Solid track record of partnering with senior stakeholders, with the ability to advise and influence senior and executive teams, including legal and compliance.
4. Marketing strategy experience, including (but not limited to) go-to-market launch management, acquisition, engagement, or partner marketing.
5. Team management with strong leadership and motivation skills, and the ability to work with distributed and complex teams.
6. Demonstrated analytics ability around program management and execution.
