We are looking to hire a Marketing Automation and ABM Lead to expand our Digital team. In this role, you’ll own the marketing technology stack and work closely with Digital Heads to plan and deliver ideas that drive our client's programmes, including customer acquisition, solution adoption and customer retention. With a strong understanding of marketing technology and ABM, specifically Marketo and HubSpot (Pardot and Eloqua a nice to have) and ideally either DemandBase or 6Sense, and best practices, you’ll help turn business requirements into reality, so all our client have the right technology and insights they need to continuously improve their business. Strong experience in marketing automation and ABM within high growth B2B Technology sector. Experienced in setting up platforms and campaigns in Marketo/HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms. Experienced in setting up platforms and campaigns in DemandBase/6Sense or similar ABM platforms. Able to translate complex data into actionable insights. Ability to pivot quickly and make fast decisions based on changing needs for our clients. Strategic mindset that can see beyond the day-to-day to help the our clients achieve long-term goals. Comfortable with working to tight deadlines and strong attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal and communication, with the ability to prioritise tasks across multiple projects and clients. Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant privacy regulations. The Role: Strategy; set the short and long-term vision for our clients, developing a strategic roadmap to deliver the vision. Stakeholder Management; collaborate with a variety of stakeholders from across Fox and across our clients to identify opportunities for marketing technology. MarTech; manage and deliver the marketing technology stack for our client, including set-up, on-going optimisations and troubleshooting. Data; be the protector of marketing data and adheres to clients privacy and data management policies. Journey Optimisation; work with our clients to analyse the effectiveness of the end-to-end customer experience. Collaboration; train and onboard client teams, designed to help them adopt then understand the setup and use best practice methods to ensure successful operation.
