The Role: You'll be handling a diverse caseload of Court of Protection matters, including deputyship applications, statutory wills, financial management for clients lacking capacity, and liaison with families and care professionals. What We're Looking For: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2 PQE in Court of Protection work A solid understanding of the Mental Capacity Act 2005 Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy when working with vulnerable clients STEP membership or willingness to work towards it is an advantage Why Apply?
