Claims investigator/litigation Assistant required Job Description: To assist the partners in the investigation of personal injury and clinical negligence claims. To include: · Interviewing witnesses and preparing witness statements · Attending accident locations to take measurements and photographs · Reviewing video footage · Occasional covert video surveillance work. · Reviewing reports prepared by Police and HSE · Reviewing evidence provided by third parties · Attending occasional Court hearings to keep a watching brief/ note of evidence · Attending (on occasions) meetings with counsel · Reviewing medical records An ability to type efficiently on a computer keyboard would be helpful and familiarity with computerised systems, a requirement.
