Job Description Quality Engineer Derby Full Time An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Rotatives area as a Quality Engineer working under Part 145 regulatory requirements within DCDD. You will be part of our diverse and experienced services team within Rotatives and working towards weekly KPI-s and company targets. In this role you will implement and deliver the quality activities across the area. You will ensure compliance to Rolls- Royce processes, procedures, and systems. Responsibilities: Governance of all Quality-related activity for our Part 145 dedicated cell. Being recognised as a point of contact for all Quality issues in the area. Providing coaching and support to all team members when performing Quality actions. Identifying opportunities to improve Quality and implementing plans to deliver that improvement. Coordinating data reporting and sharing best practice across the area. Liaise with all Support functions on behalf of the area for all Quality matters. Why Rolls-Royce? Self-management of time keeping, daily prioritising and focusing on Blue Chips is key to ensure basics are covered. The professional level and salary of the position will be dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidate but is anticipated to be Staff Grade SNBG 7-10.
