An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join the Quality Governance Team. The role requires the post holder to work 26 hours per week, this can be worked flexibly during the working week.
The successful candidate will be supporting a team to ensure that clinical guidelines within the Women and Children's Division are up to date. This will require the post holder to be organised and have advanced computer skills. It will also require the post holder to be able to analyse large volumes of information and have the confidence to present this at regular meetings.
The successful candidate will be required to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Clinical Guidelines Leads. This will require the post holder to work with colleagues of all different levels to ensure that deadlines are met. The post holder is required to have advanced computer skills and be able to work work on their own.
The successful candidate will act as a ‘gatekeeper’ for all documentation; create, develop and maintain accurate systems/databases to monitor the current status of guidance and other documents in line with Trust standards. Providing feedback at various meetings is a requirement.
If successful you will work with a combination of Consultants, Specialist Nurses, Midwives, the Governance team, the Clinical Audit team, and various Administrative staff.
