Job Title: Assistant Site Manager
Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Assistant Site Manager, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our educational facilities.
Location: Ixworth, Suffolk
Salary: £23,500-£23,893 per annum
The successful candidate will be a key member of our team, working closely with the Site Manager to maintain high standards of health and safety, security, and facilities management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the day-to-day management of the site, including maintenance, repairs, and minor projects
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies
* Develop and implement effective facilities management strategies
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
* Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
