Job Title: Portfolio/Accounts Manager (with Audit Experience) Location: Royal Tunbridge Wells (Hybrid: 4 days in-office, 1 day remote) Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Portfolio/Accounts Manager with some audit experience to join a reputable accountancy practice based in Royal Tunbridge Wells. This role involves managing a portfolio of 100-150 clients, with a focus of 80-90% on accounts and 10-20% on audit duties, including field audit management. Key Responsibilities: Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial statements and reporting. Perform audit management duties, including planning, fieldwork, and review of audit files. Maintain and develop client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor. Work closely with senior management to streamline accounting processes and support team development. Key Requirements: ACA or ACCA qualified with 2 to 7 years post-qualification experience. Strong background in accounts management and some exposure to audit (open to candidates who have not been involved in audit recently). Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple clients effectively. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
