We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and high calibre individual for the Operations Assistant role within the Education Operations team, supporting the Institute of Medical, Biomedical and Allied Health Education (IMBAE) team.
The post holder will manage a variety of IMBAE central administrative functions supporting teaching, research, and general Institute operations. In addition, the post holder will play a pivotal role in supporting the MBBS Academic Team, focusing on a wide range of activities and organizational responsibilities to support and enable the effective running of the Centre for Clinical Education.
The role would be ideal for someone who has strong organisational and communication skills, is methodical, and looking for a varied role in a high performing team. Someone who is keen to develop and learn, and thrives off delivering to the highest standard.
The job requires a strong team approach and a friendly “can-do” attitude in a busy environment.
