About the Role
We are looking to recruit pro-active and energetic Support Workers to join our fantastic specialist supported living service for adults with challenging behaviour.
Key Responsibilities
• Assisting individuals with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores.
• Implementing behaviour management strategies in accordance with CPI/MAPA training.
• Providing emotional support and companionship to service users.
• Administering medication as prescribed and ensuring adherence to care plans.
• Creating a safe, caring environment tailored to individual needs.
• Supporting social activities and engagement in the community.
Requirements
• Previous experience working with individuals with challenging behaviour.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for supporting others.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
• A full, clean driver’s licence (desirable).
• Valid CPI/MAPA training certificate (desirable).
