Are you an experienced and passionate engineering professional looking to inspire the next generation of mechanics, engineers & automotive technicians? Northbrook College is recruiting for a Lecturer in Motor Vehicle to join our Higher Education team and help shape our students' future careers.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Motor Vehicle Lecturer to deliver engaging and practical lessons to students enrolled in Entry Level and Level 1 Motor Vehicle courses. You will be teaching the City & Guilds Motor Vehicle Maintenance qualifications, designed to provide students with a solid foundation in motor vehicle systems and maintenance practices.
Based at our unique Shoreham Airport campus, as our Lecturer in Motor Vehicle you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality teaching and training to our engaged students. Your expertise and enthusiasm will ignite their passion for motor sport, equipping them with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in this exciting industry. Our Shoreham Airport campus is the home of our aircraft and motor vehicle maintenance courses, with its own aircraft hangar and an automobile workshop with high-tech diagnostic equipment.

Our Lecturer in Motor Vehicle will have a relevant level 3 automotive qualification and relevant industry or subject experience. We are always looking for people from industry to get into teaching, so don’t worry if you have never worked in education before.
This role is fixed term until July 2025.
