3 Circles Care is a domiciliary care company. We provide care to people in their own homes. We are looking for reliable Care Assistants who are passionate about delivering a high standard of care to work the following shifts in Abergavenny and surrounding areas: 07.00 hours to 15.00 hours weekdays; 07.00 to 15.00 hours Saturdays and Sundays; 15.00 hours to 22.00 hours weekdays; 15.00 hours to 22.00 hours Saturdays and Sundays; 21.00 hours to 06.00 hours 7 days a week. You can choose the hours/shift patterns which best suit you. THE WORK Your role will be to support people in their own homes with every aspect of daily living such as: Personal care (washing, dressing, bathing); Oral care; Continence care; Medication prompting and administering; Meal preparation; Check in service; Respite sitting; Companionship; and Domestic duties to try to ensure that our services users can live safely at home in their own surroundings for as long as it is safe and practical for them to do so. Our mandatory training is delivered via e-learning courses which means that our staff can study at their leisure. However, we are always on hand to answer any queries which our carers may have. Key requirements for this role are: A driving licence with access to your own vehicle for work (essential); A passion for helping others: previous caring experience is desirable but not essential; You should ideally live within 15 miles of our office premises, NP7 5PE for this role; You must be flexible to work various shifts, including alternate weekends; and This role is subject to a clear DBS check.
