Up to £45,000 dependent on experience We’re seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Document Analyst on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. You’ll be responsible for understanding technical change relating to document system changes to our AXA platforms, alongside overseeing business-as-usual service management, and management information related to customer communications systems, processes, and suppliers. You’ll establish a robust framework of rules and governance for data collation, ensuring data is stored, displayed, and shared in a secure and efficient manner. Using strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail you’ll be responsible for maintaining data integrity and facilitating effective communication across AXA UK. You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, moving to the majority of your working week from September 2025. Away from home means either attendance at our Middlesbrough or Ipswich offices, visiting clients or attending industry events. What you’ll be doing: Oversee incident management processes, coordinating between business areas and support teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents while effectively managing customer impact. Maintain rigorous tracking of all document changes in the Sandpiper platform for audit purposes, while ensuring that documentation related to print services is current and accurate to facilitate smooth operational processes. Act as the primary point of contact for BAU queries related to Sandpiper documents including Email, PDF, and SMS, providing prompt and effective resolutions to enhance user experience. Manage all change requests pertaining to print services, ensuring thorough assessment and timely implementation of changes. Collaborate with project teams to efficiently manage changes while minimising potential negative impacts on the business. Provide support for business queries and requests for information related to Document Services, promoting self-service options for recurring queries. Lead the aggregation of data from diverse sources into a centralised repository, ensuring data accuracy and consistency to support business needs. Develop and create insightful dashboards and visualisations that effectively communicate trends and key findings to stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making across the business. Proficiency in data aggregation, transformation, and analysis, with experience in managing data from various sources. Knowledge of Data tools such as PowerBI Excellent ability to effectively convey technical information and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Customer-focused mindset to manage BAU queries and provide exceptional support to end-users. Detailed understanding of the insurance industry and insurance processes. Very strong attention to detail and quality. Experience using Service Now would be advantageous.
