We are looking to recruit a Workforce Support Administrator to support the Organisation and Workforce Development Team.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Workforce Support Administrator to join the Organisation and Workforce Development Team. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, who works with accuracy, is adaptable, flexible, and enthusiastic.
You will play a key part of our team by providing excellent quality administrative support by managing a busy inbox, responding to e-mails from managers and staff promptly and efficiently.
You will liaise with training providers (internal and external) and schedule future training courses, manage bookings, and accurately record training events and attendance on Agresso.
You will provide administrative support to managers and staff on the Council’s eLearning system as well as supporting the team’s financial processes such as raising purchase orders, tracking and processing training invoices, and logging on the budget spreadsheet.
About you
Ideally, you will have:
1. Relevant business administration qualification
2. Experience of administrative/clerical practices and procedures appropriate to the post
3. The ability to work under pressure and to fixed deadlines
4. Be organised and efficient
5. Experience of dealing with clients/internal customers
6. Excellent IT skills (experience of using Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams) and experience of working on Agresso would be an advantage)
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills
8. Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
