An opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Student & Apprentice Services team.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and fast-paced working environment, delivering excellent services to a broad range of customers with a primary focus on dealing with course enquiries, applications, and administering the college’s student bursary support fund.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver excellent customer service to a range of customers.
2. Administer the college’s student bursary support fund.
3. Handle course enquiries and applications.
4. Utilize IT systems and Microsoft Office packages effectively.
5. Analyze key data from various sources to inform profiling, recruitment, and onboarding activities.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience in an educational/training setting.
2. Experience in delivering highly effective customer services.
3. Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
4. Ability to meet tight deadlines.
5. Competence in IT systems and Microsoft Office.
