RoleOverview
Ourclient is looking for a Key Account Manager to join their UK team. This role isresponsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients whilst supporting thecompany’s efforts in promoting processes, driving retention rates and increasingrevenue. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, relationship-buildingand problem-solving skills and will be a key member of the Sales team.
KeyResponsibilities
·Active winning of newcustomers, both direct and indirect
·Maintaining existingcustomers by meeting their needs and building a trusting relationship
·Strategic developmentand expansion of business relationships
·Customer analysiswith the aim of exploring the sales potential of the sales area
·Data collection andmaintenance on the CRM system
·Identification anddevelopment of customised solutions
·Presenting convincingsolutions at the decision-making level of potential customers
·Creation andcalculation of offers and follow-up of offers
·Initiation, contractnegotiation and conclusion of contracts
·Customer supportduring project execution, close cooperation with Project Managers
Skillsand Experience Required
·Demonstrableexperience of B2B account management
·Strong track recordof identifying customer needs and successfully implementing long-term solutions
·Strong track recordin customer satisfaction
·Communication skills:ability to communicate passionately, collaborate and rally others around you
·Experience inconsultative selling, project sales, and solution sales based on customer needs
·Experience inmanaging product, solution, and service projects
·Negotiation skillsand conflict resolution abilities

·University degree
·2-3 years’ experiencein a similar position
·Experience in the Security/ Electronics / Access Control sector or similar industries
